I was involved in product research including the traditional usage of many herbs & studies that supported that usage. I created a network database that included information on our own products & others available on the market enabling ease in training new employees. I took time out of my commission only schedule to help customers with questions about our products, employees with similar product questions, & aided in computer problem solving. My main title however was a Sales Associate or Account Manager. I took care of over 250 to 350 retail health food stores in many different ways including; keeping inventory on my product stock, keeping track of pricing & sales, educating employees on how to hand sell those items, helping stores create promotions or displays to effectively market, & also in the creation of the aforementioned advertising.
