I have many years of practical, hands on experience on both sides of the value equation in life science - as both an academic researcher and also as a NC Biotechnology Center-industrial fellow in a early stage start-up pharmaceutical company environment. I believe in a culture that values hard work and measurable performance-based benchmarks for achieving our goals.
