I have been involved in successful international acquisitions and integration of companies. I have worked in Canada, the USA and Switzerland. I have more than 15 years of P and L experience in equipment and processes for the Industrial, Technical and Semiconductor Markets. I am also flexible for relocation, hold three citizenships (Canada, USA, French), a Swiss B Visa and can speak French and English. SUMMARY: I moved to Switzerland over five years ago to manage an acquisition by an American Company. I was the President of the Swiss Subsidiary and Senior Site Manager responsible for setting the course of the company from Market Development to Sales through Operations and Engineering. We have successfully introduced a new and very unique Die Bonder. I am now the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Synova S.A. who design, market and build the revolutionary Laser MicroJet that are sold as OEM Modules or integrated in Machines. I am responsible for Operations, Sales, Engineering, Applications and after Sales support. The company went through a difficult financial situation and is now ramping up following a major investment so I have initiated rebuilding the Global Sales and Service Infrastructure, fixing Operations, reprioritizing the Development Roadmap and establishing Product Marketing Strategies. I have strong business development skills for new machines and new markets, solid and profitable operations track record, integration and acquisition experience, international cultural sensitivity, planning and strategic background as well as good team and management communications. I led teams that successfully launched new machines that won awards (2006) and also took care of customers post sales where we also won an award for Best Customer Satisfaction by VLSI Research in 2001.
