The prior model accommodated a regular 2 to 4 week backlog. After prototype MRP model was built, backlog went to zero. -Intel: Designed individual MRP system to handle control of 15 different ASIC projects. -Ultra Tech Stepper: Redesigned production floor (as a member of a team of 4) increasing productivity four fold from 15 steppers per month to as many as 60+ per month, each generating a value of $1 to 2 MIL. Additionally, designed a class 10 packaging/clean room at a client cost of under $28K (1/10th prior expenditure for same-similar) by reconfiguring traditional vertical HEPA filter to horizontal build. -Geo Thermal Inc: Architect of application for co-generation using pyrolytic incinerator to generate steam, passing it across steam turbines, which then drove electrical generators and used exhaust/steam to heat 100K square foot manufacturing facility. -Mercury Marine: Built MRP system to facilitate marine turbo charging parts for the Mercury Marine Racing Division, the prototype of which was incorporated into manufacturing MRP system. This same turbo charged engine is now the standard for high profile marine racing team and pleasure craft. Was additionally called upon to design a process to identify prototype parts (of nonconforming design and/or without complete part numbers). Success of process was that none of the million dollars worth of parts were ever lost or misplaced. -HUD: office of Emergency Services as a Logistic Specialist.
