Electrical / Instrumentation Compliance, General Construction QA/QC

Work with a company interested in a person that can take a project from greenfield to turnkey. I have a strong experience in the electrical, instrument and controls field. Involved in new power plant construction, including, but not limited to, 1,300 MW coal fired, wind farm, and various gas/oil fired co-generation projects, along with start-up and commissioning. Also, unit upgrades and modifications, involving nuclear to coal conversion, scrubber projects, coal yard high sulfur/low sulfur blending renovation, nuclear plant restart and plant maintenance, (running and outage). In all electrical projects, I was over testing and commissioning. Worked as Electrical Superintendent over maintenance and construction of electrical and instrumentation systems in the gas and oil well industry. Recently involved in the construction of the Central Control Building at the Motiva Refinery in Port Arthur, Texas where I was employed as the Quality Assurance/ Quality Control Manager for the general contractor over all aspects and divisions of construction including: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and architectural. Very well versed in computer usage. Held secret clearance while in military. Passed all background checks for working in nuclear power plants. Possess TWIC card.
