My industry knowledge consists of all aspects of pricing, marketing retail conquest or retention marketing, parts & service, accessories. My business qualifications have kept me a pioneer in my field and have proven invaluable in successfully energizing and leading business endeavors. As Operations Director and Regional Sales Manager for several leading automotive manufacturers, I grew in vision and decisiveness, organizational planning, discipline and delegation. While President/Founder of Fixed Operations Solutions, my role as Fixed Operations Trainer is to provide successful hands-on mentoring to directors/managers who seek better profits through innovative change management and improved processes implementation in all aspects of operations.
