Paper, Printing, Quality, Complaint Specialst

Looking for a positions which resolves paper and printing related complaints, which may be a field or laboratory position or a position assuring quality/documentation or a position within the digital or printing field or a position installing, training or demonstrating printing equipment. My background encompasses quality assurance, paper knowledge, commercial printing, printing technology, customer/field service, information technology, problem solving, along with an excellent mechanical and electronic aptitude. Resolves customer complaints as they pertain to paper as well as offset, gravure, reprographic and flexographic printing processes, with customer visits. Maintain company test Methods and product specifications. Designs and conducts tests utilizing various test equipment, with statistical application and control charting. Previously responsible for an ISO 9000 laboratory with quality documentation. Training, trouble shooting, audits, technical reports and mentoring of junior colleagues. IT knowledge and end-user support on both PC & Mac platforms. Twelve years of commercial printing experience.
