I am interested in a long-term commitment to join a hotel company and grow the property to surpass the competition market share. For the past few years, I have moved my family around the country for various assignments at the request of the company including assignments as GM of new hotel openings. Through my experience, I gained expertise in a variety of systems including Delphi, SalesPro, Jaguar, Opera, Fidelio, Holidex, Curtis-C, Hiro, and proficiency with TPI distribution systems. My tenure includes opening the ground up construction Crowne Plaza Wauwatosa-Milwaukee prototype two weeks prior to the scheduled opening date. In addition, multiple properties were engaged in collective bargaining agreements including a de-certification action. Several of my operations have been in excess of 200 rooms including a Crowne Plaza, Radisson and Holiday Inn Resort in Williamsburg VA. I also possess experience at the JFK airport where I increased the ADR 23% and moved the hotel out of service default in order to maintain the brand flag.
