During this time, managed a highly visible 3-month multi-million dollar Data Center migration for a pharmaceutical customer. Responsible for management of onsite Presales effort, implementation team and budget. Responsibilities included quarterly consultations with C level management on IT lease/ purchase expenditure, buying pattern analysis, external services expenditure, technology refresh, and ROI recommendations. This included deal P&L responsibility and 22 direct and indirect reports.
