  •  Responsible for All Olympic venue merchandise distribution operations during the 1996 Summer -Games in Atlanta, Georgia. Exclusive contractor for venue merchandise sales.  Total responsibility for warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving and shipping functions. Managed a staff of 75 persons in a round the clock, time sensitive distribution environment.  Maintained a min-max re-order system for venue operations.  Fulfilled 50 million dollars in officially licensed merchandise during the games and processed 15 million dollars in merchandise returns of vendor consigned products.  Maintained a perpetual inventory control reporting system, allowing all consigned merchandise inventory levels to be accurately reported to all vendors.

  •  Manage nine warehouse operations for this online Video Game and DVD rental company.  Expanded company’s national distribution network from two facilities to nine facilities within seven months.  Negotiated all lease, purchase and vendor agreements from concept to functional brick and mortar distribution centers throughout the U.S.  Manage all fulfillment operations, consistently achieving company’s distribution goals.  Effectively document fulfillment operations and procedures.   •  Company Board of Directors.  Manager of the day to day operations of this leading 3rd Party Logistics & Fulfillment company.  Responsible for three facilities, totaling 345,000 square feet. Two distribution centers in Tennessee and one in Southern California.  Accountable for a combined staff of 125+. Additional responsibilities included security, OSHA / HAZMAT compliance and facilities maintenance.  Developed benchmarks for efficiency in pick & pack, quality and quantity output in a fast paced cross-dock environment.  Negotiated and worked closely with most major freight carriers, small parcel carriers and freight consolidation vendors. This facility was a beta test for Airbourne@home small parcel program.  Negotiated temporary employment services for all three facilities.  Over-all P&L responsibility for each facility. 9 years straight of exceeding budget goals.  Developed methods of analyzing freight costs, labor costs and return on investment.  Creation and developed Inventory control software, and applications.  Extensive background in Direct Response Fulfillment, Catalog, Mail Order, E-commerce and Retail distribution with E.D.I.  Experience in managing 3rd party vendor relationships.

Products include Abtrainer, Absculptor, Abflex, The Miracle Blade, Microcrisp, QRB Furniture Restoration.  Responsible for order processing and fulfillment of television sales, catalog sales, bulk sales, international sales and continuity programs.  Responsible for all vendor compliance enforcement.  Generate and oversee all fulfillment budgets, shipment scheduling and interfacing with client traffic departments.  Responsible for nine fulfillment facilities and their operations, both domestic and international.  Developed order processing and Q.C. functions and standards as well as inventory control at each facility

  •  Established production facility for this start-up sports memorabilia direct mail cataloger.  Clients include: The Anaheim Mighty Ducks, Boston Celtics, Pittsburgh Penguins, Los Angeles Kings, World Cup Soccer Organization, National Football League, National Basketball Association, MGM Grand, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Bill Russell, and Mickey Mantle.  Directed creative, manufacturing, inventory control and purchasing functions in relation to the collectible product line.  Established master scheduling system and created a functional min-max inventory control system. Implemented limited edition and authentication procedures.  Managed a staff of twenty employees and sixty temporary employees.  Successful negotiation to reduce cost of Temporary Employees with service provider. Cost reduction was in excess of 15%  Creation of exclusive memorabilia, as well as facilitation of athlete relationships and marketing. Retail store operations at Universal City Walk, Universal City, CA and Beverly Center, Los Angeles.  Event staffing and operations for NFL Legends Game at Supper Bowl XXIX; Boston Celticfest 1995
