About Me

Industry:

Clerical & Administrative

Occupation:

Receptionist

Highlights:

In January of 2008 my employer consolidated dealerships. I was given the challenge to handle incoming calls for 2 full dealerships. This included 2 service departments, 2 parts departments, a very busy body shop along with the all of the sales calls for both dealerships, management calls and personal calls. I also kept up with routine daily assignmets. I feel I was always pleasant as the call volume increased at the peek times of the day. I maintained a professional attitude, paid attention to the caller and directed them to the proper destination in a timely manner.
