RssExecutive/Administrative Assistant

Hoping for the opportunity to continue problem-solving, i.e., have had much experience solving persistent problems for the long-term. 3. Looking for a collegial environment -- a team environment in which all are valued and respected for what they contribute to the organization.

About Me

Industry:

Clerical & Administrative

Occupation:

Executive Secretary

Highlights:

1. As Scholarship Coordinator at PAVE, I assembled and implemented the first Scholarship Calendar which detailed all the paperwork, all the deadlines, all necessary items needed to insure the efficient and accurate operation of the program. (Sample is available should there be an interview.) 2. As Sales/Marketing Analyst at A.O.Smith, provided a new way to do the Five Year Strategic Forecast using a personal computer and Lotus. Old system was cumbersome, had no security, and took at least 3 days to return numbers. This was not good enough or quick enough for the environment. With the support of senior management, I as able to procure the first PC in the Sales Dept. and produce an extraordinary document which could be used by anyone with just a small knowledge of computers. The five year format continued to be used by A.O.Smith after my departure. It was also used by Tower Automotive which purchased A.O.Smith.
