Highlights:

At my last position, I worked as an Administrative Assistant at XPRT Solutions, a DOD communication firm, where I assisted the executive level staff as well as the HR security officer and carried out variety of duties from taking care of the busy call center, coordinating travel, Inventory, etc. to designing the New-Hire package. Temporarily, worked as an Ultrasound Technologist and provided direct patient care at Raritan Bay Medical Center’s department floor as well as the ICU/CCU floors. I’ve also worked as a Note-taker for students with disabilities as well as a Jr. Human Resources Assistant, providing customer services to students, faculty and Alumni and working closely with the staff in organizing fund raising events, job fairs and Alumni events.

~*~Designed and updated company’s New-Hire package and Organizational chart as well as material for various training sessions for new employees. ~*~Managed online job postings, resumes and correspondences though Internal and external database searches and, on behalf of HR Security Officer, provided general briefings on company’s policies and guidelines for New-Employee training sessions. ~*~Created aircraft icons/logos using 3-D Max program for over a 1M DoD Communication project for the annual Airborne Network Conference. ~*~Provided support for the Communication lab staff, HR and general staff of over 100 employees and performed various managerial duties such as: Monitoring Office supplies and stock, collecting, filing and verifying documents regarding monthly inventory, POR’s, TRV’s and classified government material. Coordinating travel, maintaining executive calendar, booking and organizing conference halls, scheduling meetings, keeping track of appointments, maintaining visitor logs, e-mailing and scheduling online conferences using Outlook. Printing scanning, faxing, photocopying and trouble shooting basic equipment problems.
