My most recent position at Rainbow Hospice in Park Ridge, Illinois was as the founding patient Care Manager of the new Pink Team. Interviewed, hired, trained, evaluated for salary increases, a group of 5 RN's and 6 HHA's. Collaboration with interdisciplinary team (ie., medical director, social services, volunteers, chaplains, and several other disciplines). Daily management of staff, who managed care of 43-53 patints in the field.
