CollapseDescription

I started my career as an Administrative Assistant. After several years of being an assistant I graduated to becoming an Office Manager of a development company. Recently I had the privilege of overseeing the day to day operations of a seventy four condo unit. I found I loved the combination of interaction between staff, clients, owners as well as balancing it out with maintaining an office. I enjoyed the different aspects of diplomacy on all levels.

CollapseResponsibilities

Overseeing the day to day operations of 74 condos was a challenge. First, maintaining good condition of property as well as maintaining maximum occupancy of rental units was a major part of the business as well as keeping up with the board members and the need for monthly financials. I maintained good report between, staff owners and guests, which was really a liaison between all said parties. By maintaining a good relationship with owners, and addressing their concerns and problems, we were able to add additional units to the rental program. A satisfied client was the goal of the business. We addressed problems in a prompt manner, with solutions to their concerns and problems. With that objective in mind, we were able to meet our objective of full capacity for the 2007-2008 Winter rental season. In return the satisfied rental clients recommended their friends and family, creating a waiting list of clients. It was the customer service with the attitude and beginning with "how may I assist you" and ending with "It is/was my pleasure" that paid off. Everyone wins!
