Description
(Training and Doctrine Command) TRADOC Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) implementation of the Army Training Information System (ATIS, responsible for data analysis from Navy-Wide databases to provide filtered and organized data to Engineers developing Technical Foundation Papers (TFPs) for Navy surface ship 40- year maintenance plans. Develop, consolidate and report ship departure data from CONUS and OCONUS Regional Maintenance Facilities from a variety of databases including Navy Maintenance Database (NMD), MMR, Maint3enance and Ship Work Planning (MS&WP) and Navy Data Environment (NDE) for use in Technical Foundation Paper Development (TFP). Convert and consolidate maintenance data received in .pdf format to excel searchable spreadsheets. Develop aging formulas for use in Supported Tables including fishbone and other diagrams that graphically display table for man-days by (Ships Work List Item Number) SWLIN group. Use a variety of MS Excel formulas and data methods to extract and compile cost and man-days data for TFP development by Ship Class and Hull number for use in maintenance schedule (LRMS) development.
