Based on my success at SleepFIT I was selected to develop a profitable Sales and Merchandising plan for the Sleep Experts chain with 52 stores located in the DFW and Austin Markets working in concert with Expert Match Re-merchandised product from an unprofitable (-16%) line-up to one that made sense looked felt and performed great - and was profitable (+12%) a swing of 28% through a well thought out verified strategy * Designed and championed the development of four separate bedding collections that have gained distribution throughout the country Float Sleep Haven Exquisite and a Private Label Passions line. Prospected and fostered new business relationships - successfully opened two strong Regional Retailers. Complete execution included setting correct merchandising plans the development and delivering of compelling training materials for the successful launch 35 locations. Annualized volume of >$3.5M Nevada and California with projected 2013 sales of over $25M. Brought into the company to be the driving force in the development and successful launch of the first mattress collection designed by a Sleep Doctor - The Dr. Breus Bed directing all distribution strategies Achieved more than $6M in 2010 (Aug through Dec) revenues trending to a new Brand's unprecedented first calendar year (2011) revenue of nearly $20M Championed the concepts design and implementation of all aspects of product aesthetics logos brand messaging TV/Print advertising POS materials and the formal Brand Image Program
