Extensive experience includes: • Drafting of Board of Director and Shareholder Consents, including election of officers/directors, dividends, acquisitions and mergers, sale/acquisition of assets and property, corporate amendments, such as name changes, stock adjustments, and so on, along with Secretary Certificates, Powers of Attorney, and any and all required documents. • Preparing and filing of Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Organization, Amendments, Fictitious Names registrations (state and county level), mergers, dissolutions, partnerships, limited liability companies, etc. • Filing of state required corporate annual reports. • Drafting of merger and acquisition documents. • Obtaining Apostilles and Legalizations for any country.
