Establishing "A new norm" that might require change management and the introduction of best practices using accountability as measurement and not a punishment must play a big part in the road to prosperity. Recognizing that Human Capital is a company's most important asset, reducing labor cost to compensate for the lack of growth is at best a temporary solution that eventually be a cause for a company's demise. Top line growth is the key to an acceptable EBIDA.
