Executive and Administrative Support/ Reception 1997-Present •Provide clerical and administrative support to management staff to make sure daily office operations run smoothly •Executive and Administrative support to executives, principals and associates as needed as well as supported 10 associates •Act as a primary point of contact for existing and potential clients who call or visit •Answer and direct incoming calls on busy front desk lines as well as executives’ phone lines, including the Chairman, the CEO, the President, the COO, principals and analysts.
