Successfully set into motion time and material contracts with major vendors at Sunoco that saved money utilizing the rate structure of individual craftsmen. Most of these contracts did an annual business between $8 Million - $20 Million per vendor. Successfully negotiated and set - up an equipment rental contract that was broken into 2 parts; viz, cranes and heavy equipment. Contract for cranes saved Company $ 6 Million dollars in its inception year due to large turnaround volume and cooperation with the vendor.
