QUALIFICATIONS * Experience in working on large scale projects such as the Enterprise Workers Compensation Project as well as system enhancements at Travelers Insurance Company. * Experience working as a Project Administrator and Analyst supporting the New TABS Billing System at The Hartford Insurance Group. * Working business knowledge of Personal and Commercial Lines Insurance as well as Healthcare. * Knowledge of Commercial Lines of Business such as Worker's Compensation, Auto, General Liability, Property, Crime, Inland Marine and Umbrella. * Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance and Customer Service experience. At times, performs several roles simultaneously on a project. * Proficient in project planning, elicitation of business and functional requirements, business process flows, as well as defect triaging and tracking. * Experience in developing and presenting, current and future state business process workflows. * Experience in working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. * General software strengths include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, SharePoint, Rally, Quality Center, Caliber, Camtasia, Balsamiq, and IBM Blueworks Live as well as other general applications.
