Major accomplishments include: * Work with Sound Transit Quality Assurance Department to obtain the Certificate of Compliance to FTA (Federal Transit Administration) Master Grant Agreement for U220 Contract, University Link Light Rail TBM Tunnels (UWS TO CHS), Sound Transit, Seattle, Washington. * Work with Sound Transit Quality Assurance Department to obtain the Certificate of Compliance to FTA (Federal Transit Administration) Master Grant Agreement for U230 Contract, University Link Light Rail TBM Tunnels (CHS TO PSST), Sound Transit, Seattle, Washington. * Developed and maintained a comprehensive Earned Valued Management (EVM) budget reporting system for the North Tower Office Project, Boeing, Everett, Washington. * Developed and maintained a comprehensive Earned Valued Management (EVM) budget reporting system for the 787 5x5 Rate Readiness Project, Boeing, Everett, Washington. * Developed and executed a comprehensive Job Specific Quality Plan for the Brightwater Conveyance Project of King County Waste Water Treatment Department, Seattle, Washington. * Monitor, review and maintain a complete record of Special Inspection Record, Test Reports for the Influent Pump Station Contract, Brightwater Conveyance Project of King County Waste Water Treatment Department, Seattle, Washington. * Supervised and monitored the on-time completion of the first BOT station (Tainan Station) of Taiwan High Speed Rail construction in order to handover for Interface Parties to commence the core system installation and trackwork construction. * Finished a 150 million USD worth subway station project (Nanshih Chiao Station) one year ahead of schedule to meet the Revenue Service Date. * Developed and maintained an office document control and tracking system in order to ensure the smooth operation of the project (Kung Kuan Station and Tunnels). * Developed, operated and maintained a CPM schedule for a 120 million US dollar worth subway station and tunnels project (Kung Kuan Station and Tunnels). Developed a detailed Lotus driven B.O.Q. reconciliation spreadsheet program for payment request purposes. Established the subcontract work progress and cost monitoring system. * Prepared the TMP for various stages of utilities and restoration work for the U-Street Station, Shaw Station and Tunnels in Washington, D.C., U.S.A., and developed a record keeping system to administer the procurement and delivery of all architectural finishing materials. * Updated and maintained the detailed cost-loaded CPM schedule for Washington Metro Shaw Station Project. * Designed and analyzed temporary structures and the excavation supporting system for Washington Metro U-Street Station, Shaw Station and Navy Yard Station. Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI) Responsible for processing Submittals Review, Request for Information, Request for Deviation/Substitution, and Nonconformance Report issuance and closure for U240 contract. * Monitoring on time response of Submittal Review, Request for Information, Request for Deviation/Substitution, and Nonconformance Report issuance and closure for U240 contract. * Work with Sound Transit Quality Assurance Department to prepare the documents and checklist and utilizing Sound Transit software - Safety Link to verify the compliances to FTA (Federal Transit Administration) Master Grant Agreement and issuance the Certification of Compliance for U230 contract. were calculated and evaluated. The Estimate at Completion was forecasted. * Monitoring cost performance to isolate and understand variances from the approved cost baseline. * Monitoring work performance against funds expended. * Assist the Project Scheduler to analyze the cost performance and work performance compared with the baseline budget. * Monitor and maintain a Master Submittal Review Tracking Log. Monitor the submittal deliverables against the current schedule and coordinate with the subcontractor and designers for promptly submittal and review process. * Archiving submittal documents for record purpose.
