Summary of Key Projects: * Flying Food Group, JFK Airport, New York: Managed onsite operations in New York for this one year, $7.3 million project to renovate 160,000 sq. ft. existing food processing facility meeting current FDA and USDA requirements worked closely with Port Authority of New York and New Jersey during permitting processes, as well as EPA and other government organizations to remove existing toxic contamination onsite. Coordinated with owner's equipment vendors for MEP requirements. Conducted extensive shell and core renovations, as well as all site improvements structure managed construction of overhead conveying systems met industrial MEP requirements. Summary of Key Projects: * All Seasons Self-Storage, Bolingbrook, IL: Project manager for a $4.3 million design/build of a 22 acre site requiring all new major infrastructure improvements, including mass excavation, storm water retention, paving, curbs and landscaping. Built multiple buildings, including climate controlled facility totaling approximately 60,000 square feet with a two-story office/residential living quarters. Summary of Key Projects: * United States Postal Service, Chicago Suburbs, IL: Managed complete planning and construction of several United States Postal Service facilities concurrently in far western and south suburbs to meet strict deadlines. $7.2 million project values. * Buffalo Grove Police Station, Buffalo Grove, IL: Managed construction of a 7,500 square foot, two-story addition, including major site work renovations, parking lot expansion, landscaping and numerous upgrades to the existing facility. $800,000 project. Summary of Key Projects: * Expeditors International, Bensenville, IL: $4.3 million, 70,000 square feet of warehouse, 20,000 square feet of two-story office. * Speculative Building for David Kahnweiler/Investors Group, Elgin, IL: $2.9 million office/warehouse project 130,000 single story office and warehouse space of 130,000 square feet. * 103rd Street, Chicago, IL: Former Pullman plant facility renovated into office/warehouse ($7.5 million project). 1,100,000 square feet of 60' clear warehouse space.
