Daily Duties at Army And Air Force Exchange Service:

Director, Loss Prevention: Responsible for development and implementation of loss prevention (LP) programs to protect a $1 billion inventory in retail/service operations generating over $8 billion in annual sales. Collects, analyzes and disseminates trends to prevent and reduce losses from fraud, theft and accidents in 10,800 retail activities. Directs electronic surveillance and workers compensation fraud investigation teams to prevent thefts and fraudulent disability claims. Coordinates operations with state, federal and foreign law enforcement agencies. Leads a worldwide operation of over 500 LP Associates. Manages a $25 million budget.
