Daily Duties at Cingular Wireless:

Responsible for directing and coordinating the daily activities of a retail store and team including appropriate employee hiring, training and development, payroll management, inventory management, cash management, performs daily deposits, merchandising, and customer service. Handle customer’s escalations, and communication. Prepares sales projections, management report and retail store correspondence. Guides and evaluates employee performance consistently, provide weekly reports to corporate, and organize outside activities for the company.
