Managed multiple teams supporting cross-functional Production, Development and QA-Test infrastructure platforms Leverage onshore / offshore resources into ‘follow the sun’ UNIX, Oracle and SQL DB support teams Daily oversight of core In-House & 3rd party applications supporting 1000’s of users Coordinate deliverables and technical resources using various Project Management tools Change & Release management oversight and ‘root cause’ Problem Resolution Oversee migrations of legacy HW / OS environments to Virtual / centrally administered domains Create and administer Compliance Control Processes for SOX, SAS-70 and SSAE-16 Support EAP products and oversee multiple HIPAA related controls and associated audits Perform cost analysis, contract / license agreements and RFP oversight to minimize funding waste Design SIEM Centralized Logging with monitoring & low level security auditing Relationship Manager between IT and multiple Business Units / Product Management teams
